The hotel's location near shopping areas is convenient.
The room I stayed in was not clean. I found a human nail on the floor and a stained cover sheet, completely unacceptable. The shower lacked a shelf. I expected much more for the price, especially considering the poor condition of the facilities.

The position by the railway station and the bridge to the town centre. Friendly, helpful staff. The small double bedroom had an additional little sitting room through an arch. The room was basic but clean, with a comfortable bed and, being on the top floor, had a view over the rooftops of the town. I didn't have breakfast there so no comment on that.
The wardrobe had a nail sticking upwards through the top shelf and was dusty inside. I didn't use it. The TV was rather small and seemed to only offer French language options.

The location.
Parking very difficult. Noisy from the road, and from guest above.

Request a room away from the street if you value sleep quality, as the noise can be noticeable in some areas.

The room I had was well decorated and high quality with extra pillows, view on the station plus big bathroom. The central location and helpful and attentive staff were the highlight of this REAL GOOD stay. The airport was 0.5 miles away.

Simply no complaints, enjoyable stay. Attractive, clean venue with marvellous and fantastic location just next door to bus stop, town centre, restaurants, handy parking near the station and railway station and A1 bus stop to Biarritz. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

A convenient, clean & tidy hotel that felt rather on the basic end of the scale. Great restaurant over the road, well located for the town and station.
The reception and wooden staircase and old lift were in need of updating.

Excellent location, decent views of the river.
The room had been recently painted so the smell was a bit annoying.

Charming hotel near the river
Waking up to the sound of the river nearby was a good surprise. The friendly staff and charming atmosphere. Easy access to the train station added to the convenience.
The room was a bit cramped and lacked some modern amenities, like a fridge or a kettle. The Wi-Fi connection had its moments of instability during video calls.
